My Dad takes my brother and the husbands out every year on a fishing trip. This year was Canada just 6 hours north of Portland. So we got to see the guys on their way out. Hooray for visitors!
They went out to sea for 3 days fishing and caught a bunch of salmon and halibut. I think they said it was around 250 lbs of fish.
Cannot complain, we'll have enough fish to last us for months. I'm wondering when the girls will get a fun annual girls trip...? I think we need to make that happen.
AND wondering: what is your favorite salmon recipe?

oh my word so much fish!! by the way, i met your sister emily at a wedding in Roanoke last week. she was really sweet and sounds just like you :) i recognized her because i had just seen her and abby on your blog a couple days prior! small world.
