A couple weeks ago we drove up to Mt. Hood area and went snow shoeing at Trillium Lake. First time using the snow shoes we got for Christmas! We didn't need them the whole time, but we used them for some side trails.
It was a beautiful day to be outside. Madison was great until the last part of the hike when she was just ready to be home and out of that backpack. The hike was longer than expected and we probably should've brought more clothes for her.
It was so pretty! It felt great to get outside. Haha Madison will be carried until she learns that she needs to walk next to us and not venture out every which way :-) I keep wondering when she will want to stick with us when walking. It's just easier to carry her since she wants to run off and explore all the time!
